  * New upstream version, with new soversion.
  * Add updated copyrights to d/copyright.
  * Bump priority to optional for policy 2.5.
  * Stop building -dbg packages no longer needed.
  * Remove patches obsoleted or integrated upstream.
  * New watchfile.
