  * New upstream release.
  * Rebase patch onto upstream 2.12.0.

    - Install new screenshot-atom-one-dark.png.

  * Install upstream news.md as NEWS
    - debian/rules: Add override_dh_elpa to install news.md to debian/tmp/NEWS.
