xmovie (1.9.12-1.1) unstable; urgency=low
* NMU as part of the GCC 4.1 transition.
* Include quicktime so the package builds again, thanks Helge Kreutzmann
(closes: #369523).
* Remove extra qualifications from C++ header file (closes: #367519).
xmovie (1.9.12-1) unstable; urgency=low
* New upstream release (closes: #193228). This took sooo long to take place
because libquicktime upstream did not update their API to the new one
until little time ago. After that, an additional NMU was needed...not a
very easy path. Well, I was *really* lazy about xmovie as well...
* Fixed guicast/Makefile and global_config shell expression that failed with
new make.
* Fixed guicast/arraylist.h (missing stdio.h) and guicast/bcpopmenu.h
(missing bcmenupopup.h).
* Fixed lintian error about an extended character in manpage.
* Converted all the Debian files to UTF-8 encoding.
* debian/control:
- Moved xmovie to main. I do not remember exactly why I chose contrib back
in 2002, but it does not have too much sense today. The application is
GPL and all the needed things are GPLed. Probably the lame dependency
scared me. But now that is libquicktime's task, not mine.
- Fixed Description field. Thanks to Peter Samuelson for spotting this
(closes: #139980). Also updated the format list, cutted down length
of some lines, and removed last stop from the short Description.
- Also clarified some thing about Quicktime formats.
- Bumped Standards-Version field to 3.6.2.2.
- Updated Build-Depends to the XXI century: while at it, now we use
libpng-dev (closes: #321188, #321190, #328347).
- Removed xlibs-dev from Build-Depends and replaced with appropiate
packages (closes: #321192, #346944).
- Fixed hints in the menu file to 'video', and while at it, added some
'video' words in the short and long descriptions (closes: #246217).
* debian/rules:
- Moved DH_COMPAT to debian/compat and switched to DHv4.
* This release is compiled with gcc 4.0 (closes: #221366, #321187).
* Dropped all the patches under debian/patches by now.
* Compiled with libsndfile1 (closes: #213282).
* Dropped README.Debian, as it contained information from the main
index.html help file (closes: #339072).
* Removed debian/docs, and renamed debian/{dirs,menu} to
debian/xmovie.{dirs,menu}.

xmovie (1.9-3) unstable; urgency=high
* The 'Yes, I am a moron. Have you any sister to introduce to me?' release.
* Yes, I'm stupid, I've already said it many times. This release is devoted
in its wholeness to my own stupidity.
* I used libmpeg3-1 for compiling this package. libmpeg3-1 is an unofficial
package from Christian Marillat (nice guy, nice work), and is not in
Debian because it includes CSS code. I've packaged libmpeg3 without CSS
code and this release of xmovie is linked against the Debian package (so
this closes: #139048).
* Removed README, because is just a mix of copyright, install, and other
useless info.
