Change logs for ecj source package in Feisty

ecj (3.2.2-0ubuntu1) feisty; urgency=low

  * Adjust dependencies for versions in feisty.
  * Set Ubuntu maintainer address.

ecj (3.2.2-0) experimental; urgency=low

  * New upstream version.
    - Update patches.
  * (Build-)depend on gcj generics backport.
  * Build-Conflicts with ecj-bootstrap-gcj (<< 3.2.2).
  * Merge from Ubuntu:
    - Split out patches.
    - Add ecj-square-bracket-classpath.diff.
    - ecj-bootstrap: Add compatibilty script ecj-bootstrap.
    - Install the jar as eclipse-ecj.jar, provide an ecj.jar symlink.
    - Rename source and binary package to ecj.
    - Pass gcj and gcj-dbtool versions to aot-compile.
