* Added two new variable sto yaws.default. YAWS_USER allows to run yaws
from nonroot user. YAWS_ID specifies daemon id (instead of two
different places - yaws.conf and yaws.init)

* Patched yaws_ctl.erl to fix insecure controlling of Yaws daemon.
