create and process Pandoc documents

 Pandoc::Elements provides utility functions to create abstract syntax
 trees (AST) of Pandoc documents. The resulting data structure can be
 converted by Pandoc to many other document formats, such as HTML,
 LaTeX, ODT, and ePUB.
