  * Update versioned dependencies according to go.mod
  * Remove DH_GOLANG_INSTALL_EXTRA from debian/rules as testdata/
    contents are automatically installed by dh-golang (>= 1.31~)
  * Remove old overrides for mips, mipsel and mips64el
