  * Team upload.
  * Rebuild for Buster release.
  * debian/control:
    + Update maintainer and use email address of Debian Input Method
      Team. (Closes: #899690).
    + Bump debhelper compat to v11.
    + Bump Standards-Version to 4.2.1.
    + Update Vcs-* fields and use git repo under Salsa Input Method
      Team group.
    + Drop recommendation to im-switch, this package has disappeared
      for 2 Debian releases.
  * debian/rules:
    + Modernize packaging instructions and enable full hardening.
    + Use "dh_missing --fail-missing".
  * debian/copyright: Use secure Format: uri.
