Change logs for xball source package in Focal

xball (3.0.1-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * QA upload.
  * Change maintainer to Debian QA Group because the package has been orphaned.

    segfault with newer versions of the C standard.
  * Install data files into /usr/share/games/xball.
  * Add implicit-declaration.patch and fix various compiler warnings about
    implicit declarations.
