  * Adding/multiplying private/public keys.
  * Serialization/parsing of private keys, public keys, signatures.
  * Constant time, constant memory access signing and pubkey generation.
  * Derandomized DSA (via RFC6979 or with a caller provided function.)
  * Very efficient implementation.
