* New upstream version 1.4.2
* debian/patches/series: Stop mentioning already removed patches
* Depend and build-depend on:
- golang-google-protobuf-dev (>= 1.23.0~)
- golang-github-google-go-cmp-dev (>= 0.4.0~)
* Don't regenerate .pb.go files from .proto files.
Upstream dropped regenerate.sh and carrying this code in packaging is
too much work for questionable gain.
