* Revert change to ncat, build-depend on netcat instead which is the
default netcat implementation; there's no reason to build-depend on a
non-default implementation simply because it is "newer" and "has
features".

* Use ncat instead of netcat-traditional. Even though netcat-traditional
is the original implementation of netcat that I grew up with,
the Nmap project maintains their version and adds interesting features
to it.
