- Removing; not necessary now that we use debhelper-compat in
Build-Depends.

- Switch Priority from extra to optional.
- Switch from debhelper to debhelper-compat in Build-Depends;

- Drop Build-Depends on libcurl4-gnutls-dev and libxml2-dev in
