* Add XS-Vcs-Bzr debian/control field.
* Add debian/watch.
* Drop debian/ manpages; upstream already includes them.
* No longer need repackaging.
* Fix build failure on ia64:
- Add patch 02_fix__ia64.dpatch.
* Add build-dep on automake, autoconf and libtool.
* Add autoinit target to debian/rules:
- Rerun libtoolize -c -f; aclocal; autoconf.

ecryptfs-utils (15-0ubuntu1) gutsy; urgency=low
* Initial release.
* Repackaged upstream tarball without debian directory.
* As noted in README.Debian-source, the files build-arch-stamp,
build-indep-stamp, config.status, config.log and libtool have
been removed to avoid problems.
