* src/imapcommand.c: apply upstream patch to not exit when encountering an
unexpected line length during a read (possible DoS).
* debian/rules, debian/imapproxy.postinst, debian/imapproxy.dirs: add dir
/var/lib/imapproxy/chroot and "chroot_directory" default configuration.
* src/main.c: handle non-listening IMAP server without crashing
(Closes: #405704).
