Cell GCC ⇒ trunk

Cell GCC is GCC 4.1 plus extra patches to support the Cell BE processor. These patches have been merged into real GCC from version 4.3 so if possible you should use that instead. The Ubuntu PS3 Port team will continue to maintain Cell GCC for the moment as it provides a convenient cross build toolchain for Cell BE on x86 and amd64.
