* debian/rules: Add update-xpi rule, FETCHADDRESS and VERSION
variable to avoid any manual work for next updates.

lightning-extension-locales (0.5-0ubuntu2) gutsy; urgency=low
* debian/control: moving package section to web fixing a failed
to upload build caused by the use of the unknown section internet.
Uploading a new revision to fix this small issue. (LP: #150492)
