* Actually apply ca-shs-add and lekp-add patches. Fix up lekp-add to avoid
patch conflicts.
* nbsp-level4nl: Define a new type for French narrow non-breaking space
handling which hardcodes the Control modifier, rather than relying on a
level-5 shift which changes the modifier key's function for every key on
the keyboard (LP: #198759). Patch from Nicolas Mailhot upstream, via
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9529#c29.

* in_backslash: Fix "backlash" typo in symbols/in.
* unicode_symbols: Fix 0x01000XXXX (instead of 0x0100XXXX) typos in
symbols/gn and symbols/ng. Also filed as freedesktop.org bug #15273.
* Use dpkg-query in preinst conffile upgrade code rather than looking in
/var/lib/dpkg/status directly.

* Remove cs_hr_any patch; console-setup 1.21ubuntu3 fixes the real bug.
* Add Breaks field to ensure safe partial upgrades for the above. This may
be removed after Ubuntu 8.04.

* Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
- Add patch cs_hr_any, avoid using the "any" symbol in cs and hr, since
console-setup doesn't understand it (Ubuntu: #93077).
- Keep preinst conffile upgrade code for dapper -> hardy upgrades.
- Add transitional package for xkeyboard-config.
- Replace various packages that used to contain XKB data.
- Create symlinks from /etc/X11/xkb/ subdirectories and .dir files
to the corresponding directories and files in /usr/share/X11/xkb/.

xkeyboard-config (0.9-4ubuntu3) gutsy; urgency=low
* debian/patches/romanian_comma.diff : Patch from upstream exposing
two additional Romanian variants that use commas instead of cedillas.
The comma variants are the new standard layouts and this patch is needed
for them to appear in the keyboard-preferences dialog
