tuxmath (2.0.3-6) unstable; urgency=medium
* d/rules:
- stop overriding dh_autoreconf as the bullseye toolchain defaults to
linking with --as-needed and reverting this change for a buster
backport is trivial.
- stop exporting DEB_LDFLAGS_MAINT_APPEND for the same reasons.
* Bump debhelper-compat to 13.
* Add debian/not-installed file with several files not be expected to be
included in the binary packages. (needed for debhelper-compat=13.)
* Bump standards version to 4.5.0, no changes needed.
