pinpoint (1:0.1.8-4) unstable; urgency=medium

  * debian/rules, get-orig-source: avoid always comitting a new upstream
    tarball to pristine-tar
  * Change Priority from extra to optional
  * Bump debhelper compatibility to 11
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.1.4; no changes needed
  * Vcs-*: point to salsa.debian.org
  * Remove explicit usage of autoreconf
  * debian/watch: switch to using an https URL
