* debian/install:
- Add three missing files (b-32.png, blogtk-icon.png, blogtk.glade).
* debian/patches/fix-deprecated-true-false.patch:
- Replace Gtk.TRUE with True and GTK.False with False in all
Python files to avoid a large amount of deprecation warnings.
* debian/BloGTK, debian/patches/hide-abort-traceback.patch:
- Catch KeyboardInterrupt exceptions to hide ugly tracebacks.
