  * Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
    - Remove svgalib support.

    - Munge Maintainer field as per spec.
  * Patch from Lennart Poettering to fix up buffering issues in the pulseaudio
    output driver, and remove references to unused PASERVER and PADEVICE
    environment variables.
