* New upstream release (LP: #261807)
* debian/copyright:
- this theme is now licensed under the GPL version 3
* debian/rules:
- comment out get-orig-source rule as there is no upstream website anymore
- add rules to modify the theme to include a green progress bar indicator
for MythMusic and the original cinema.png background (also see the
README)
* debian/control:
- remove Homepage field because that website is gone for good
- expand package description to say that this package contains the OSD
theme as well
