wxPython-src-2.8.8.0.tar.bz2, remove upstream debian dir (LP: #244355).

wxwidgets2.8 (2.8.7.1-0ubuntu3) hardy; urgency=low
* debian/rules:
- Moved python-wxgtk2.8's dh_pycentral call so that it's done after files
are moved into the python-wxaddons package (LP: #203526)
- Added missing dh_pycentral call for python-wxaddons
