Run executable Java .jar files

 Jarwrapper sets up binfmt-misc to run executable jar files
 using the installed java runtime.
 .
 It also includes a /usr/share/jarwrapper/java-arch.sh script
 to convert Debian architecture names into java names to locate
 libjvm.so
