Change logs for kdrill source package in Jammy

  * Trim trailing whitespace.
  * Bump debhelper from deprecated 9 to 12.
  * Set debhelper-compat version in Build-Depends.
  * Drop unnecessary dh arguments: --parallel
  * Fix day-of-week for changelog entries 5.10-5, 5.10-2, 5.10-1.
  * Update standards version to 4.5.1, no changes needed.
  * Remove 6 unused lintian overrides.
  * Remove Section on kdrill, Section on kanadic that duplicate source.
  * Apply multi-arch hints.
    + kanadic: Add Multi-Arch: foreign.
