Change logs for pipewalker source package in Jammy

pipewalker (0.9.4-5) unstable; urgency=medium

  * debian/control: bumped Standards-Version to 4.6.0.
  * debian/patches/*.patch: added the 'Forwarded' field in all patches.
  * debian/tests/control: avoided running xvfb-run tests in background to
    receive the correct exit code from pipewalker.
  * debian/watch: fix matching rule to reflect changes in GitHub releases page.
