  * Modified the rules to call autoreconf -vif instead of autogen.sh
    - autogen.sh doesn't properly force install updated macros, nor
      does it update aclocal, thus causing a FTBFS when autoconf can't
      find all the macros it needs.
  * Added automake as a build-dep to support autoreconf
