  * debian/control: Suggest python-matplotlib, which is used by

python-jtoolkit (0.7.8-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/control: Move Homepage from the Descritpion to its own field.
  * debian/control: Bump Standards-Version to 3.7.3. No changes.
  * debian/watch: Update to use qa.debian.org redirector. Closes: #450273
  * debian/rules: Remove installation of linda overrides file.

  Implement what seems to be required by the new Python policy:
  * debian/control: Remove the XB-Python-Version field.
  * debian/control: Build depend on python-support (>= 0.6).
  * debian/pycompat: Removed.
