  * Merge from debian unstable, Ubuntu remaining changes:
    - Build-Depends on firebird2.1-dev instead of firebird2.0-dev.

  * Update debian/copyright
  * update README.source and pack-upstream-snapshot.sh to refer to the new
    upstream-svn branch
    + also mention how nrmal upstream releases are handled
  * rules: remove unmangling of src/frsvnrev.h; save a copy and restore it
    during clean instead
  * ship text version of fr_whatsnew.html as upstream changelog
    + build-depend on html2text
  * Standards-Version: 3.8.1 (no changes needed)
