  * After discussion with ubuntu-desktop and xubuntu-devel, use gdm package
    from jaunty to create new gdm-2.20 package for Xubuntu.
  * debian/control{,.in}:
    - Renamed binary and source package to gdm-2.20.
    - Updated package description to mention legacy status.
    - Updated binary package to provide gdm.
    - Updated binary package to replace gdm.
    - Updated binary package to conflict on gdm.
    - Bump standards to 3.8.3.
  * debian/gdm.{postinst, prerm, install, dirs, ...}: Renamed as appropriate.
  * debian/gdm.init:
    - Renamed to gdm-2.20.gdm.init to retain init name.
    - Applied changes in 'debian/patches/15_usplash.patch'.
  * debian/rules:
    - Pass --name=gdm to dh_installinit debhelper script.
    - Remove call to dh_scrollkeeper as its deprecated.
    - Remove call to dh_desktop as its deprecated.
  * debian/patches/15_usplash.patch:
    - Updated to not modify files in debian/ directory.
  * debian/patches/08_notify_ck_about_static_server.patch: Refreshed.
  * debian/README.source: Refer readers to quilt's README.source.
