hypermail (2.2.0.dfsg-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Add the forgotten README.Debian-source to explain the
    changes for the DFSG-clean tarball.
  * Switch to:
    * obtaining config.{sub,guess} at build-time
    * debhelper 6
    * Standards version 3.7.3
  * Make miscellaneous cleanup changes to the package build scripts.
  * Correct doc-base section.
  * Remove msg2hypermailarchive - it is unflexible and not really
    necessary (its effect can be simulated with 'hypermail -iu',
    and in fact the script is doing not much more).
  * Strip the language suffix from hypetombox and write a manpage
    for it.
