  * Fix FTBFS with Python 2.6:
    - debian/rules:
      + Include /usr/share/python/python.mk.
      + Use a simple workaround to set PACKAGE_DIR properly.
      + Add --install-layout=deb to setup.py install.
  * debian/control:
    - Bump-up build-dependency on python.
