* Upstart doesn't appear to accept multiple "start on runlevel" lines. Replace
Upstart script with a version that uses a single line (closes LP: #439049).

runit (2.0.0-1ubuntu2) jaunty; urgency=low
* No longer avoid stripping binaries on amd64, Jaunty has a fixed
binutils which corrects this issue (see LP 254790).
