libcap-ng (0.7.9-4) unstable; urgency=medium

  * d/copyright: Update file location, doc -> docs
  * Instead of excluding *.la files, we just delete them,
    d/not-installed is removed since it superfluous.
  * Package didn't build on Ubuntu. Simplifying d/rules when building multiple
    Python 3 libraries.
