* Merge from Debian testing, remaining changes:
- Prepend XS-Original- to Vcs-{Browser,Svn}.
- stop service only when switching to single user mode
- debian/{control,rules}: add and enable hardened build for PIE
(Debian bug 542725).
* Dropped changes:
- drop the sasl modules ORed dependency back down to a recommends,
based on discussion with the Debian maintainer; it doesn't need to be
a Depends now anyway, now that recommends are installed by default.
- build-dependencies to MySQL 5.1 - this is already done differently in
the Debian package, use that formulation of the build dependency.
- dependency on sysv-rc: not needed, now that "multiuser" argument is
phased out
- Remove stop links from rc0 and rc6 - these have been gone since before
hardy, no need to carry a delta for this.
