  * Merge with Debian testing remaining changes:
    - keep Kubuntu docs path in kde/HTML
    - Don't keep kpackage.sgml
    - debian/control:
      - Add python-qt4-dev, python-kde4 (>= 4:4.3.3),
        system-config-printer-common, python-cups to build-deps
      - Make kdeadmin not depend on kpackage it's in universe and not depend
        on knetworkconf
      - Keep our conflicts/replaces on -kde4 packages
      - Don't ship knetworkconf, it is utterly busted
      - Don't ship kpackage, see above
      - Keep KCron description that sez it's a KConfig Module
      - kdeadmin-dbg depends kdeadmin
