Copyright for sendfile source package in Lunar

This is the Debian GNU/Linux prepackaged version of sendfile - an
implementation of the SAFT (Simple Asynchronous File Transfer)
protocol for Unix.

This package was put together by Martin Schulze ,
from sources obtained from:
