OAI-PMH provider backed by a searchable Catmandu::Store

 Dancer::Plugin::Catmandu::OAI is a Dancer plugin to provide OAI-PMH services
 for Catmandu::Store-s that support CQL (such as
 Catmandu::Store::ElasticSearch).
