wordnet 1:3.0-23ubuntu1 source package in Ubuntu

Changelog

wordnet (1:3.0-23ubuntu1) maverick; urgency=low

    install/goldendict-wordnet instead of build/goldendict-wordnet
to fix build failure on armel (workaround suggested by Stéphane Glondu).
