Clash: functional hardware descr. language - GHC frontend

 Clash is a functional hardware description language that borrows both its
 syntax and semantics from the functional programming language Haskell. The
 Clash compiler transforms these high-level descriptions to low-level
 synthesizable VHDL, Verilog, or SystemVerilog.
