    the Django MemcachedCache backend was removed in Django 4.1 in favor of
    the PyMemcacheCache or PyLibMCCache backend (LP: #2039225).
  * d/p/ubuntu_settings.patch: Rebase and apply on top of
    switch-to-pymemcachecache-backend.patch.
  * d/gbp.conf, .launchpad.yaml: Sync from cloud-archive-tools for
