libzadc4 binary package in Ubuntu Noble ppc64el
Accelerated libz implementation uses FPGA based PCIe cards
(e.g. zEDC) to accelerate compression/

This package provides public libzADC library, and libz library
symlinks which are not exposed in the ldconfig paths.
