Cache::Memcached::Fast with sanitizing keys and fork-safe

 Cache::Memcached::Fast::Safe is a subclass of Cache::Memcached::Fast.
 It sanitizes all requested keys against memcached injection problems, and
 calls disconnect_all automatically after fork for fork-safe.
