Python 3 bindings for the AWS Common Runtime

 This package contains a number of low-level helper and utility
 functions for interacting with Amazon Web Services APIs from within
 python programs. Most application developers will prefer higher
 level abstractions such as those provided by the python-boto3
 packages.
