  * Allow ziguard.awk to generate timezone symlink that point to symlinks
    to fix (at least) the timezone symlinks Africa/Asmera,
    Antarctica/South_Pole, Iceland, Pacific/Ponape, and Pacific/Truk.
  * test_timezone_conversions: Check symlink targets
