Utility and library for barcode generation

 GNU-barcode can create printouts for the conventional product-tagging
 standards: UPC-A, UPC-E, EAN-13, EAN-8, ISBN, and several others. Output is
 generated as either Postscript, Encapsulated Postscript, or PCL.
