Development files for the libipathverbs driver

 libipathverbs is a device-specific driver for QLogic InfiniBand host
 channel adapters (HCAs) for the libibverbs library. This allows
 userspace processes to access QLogic HCA hardware directly with
 low latency and low overhead.
