     - Modify configure.ac to not convert -RXYZ to -Wl,-RXYZ, and regenerate
       configure (Applied in debian via configure-pass-Wl-with-R.patch)
     - debian/{racoon.init, ipsec-tools.setkey.init}: Re-write LSB init script
       (Fixed in Debian)

    upstream about proper use of autoconf and configure.ac for gcc-4.6 support
    as autoconf  for this package appears to be brittle.

ipsec-tools: IPsec tools for Linux

 IPsec-Tools is a port of the KAME IPsec utilities for Linux. It can be
 used with the ipsec implementation in 2.6 and later kernels or with
 the 2.4 backport of the ipsec changes.

racoon: IPsec IKE keying daemon

 racoon is the KAME IKE (ipsec key exchange) server. It can be used with
 the Linux ipsec implementation in 2.6 and later kernels or with
 the 2.4 backport of the ipsec changes.
