  * New upstream release.
  * Convert to dh_python2 from deprecated py-central.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.2.
  * Change build dep from python-all-dev to python-all
    as no arch-any any packages are built.
  * Update homepage and move to proper field in debian/control.
  * Add a debian/watch file.
  * debian/init.d:
   - Required-{Start, Stop} should depend on $remote_fs.
   - S should be removed from Default-Stop.
  * Regester with doc-base in the System/Administration
    section, old section is deprecated.
